The apartment settlement consists of 4 apartment houses, each with a separate room for skis and up to 15 bicycles. Parking is possible nearby.

Activities:

during winter: ski slopes in close vicinity, ski equipment rental and ski school (only 300 m away),

during summer: Cycling village Martin, Mountain wellness centre Bolfenk, mountain bike rental, summer sledding, hiking trails, The centre of natural and cultural heritages Bolfenk (only 300 m away).
