Conference centre Arena is located at the foothills of Pohorje, close to the city, but still nature. There are 5 halls of different sizes in the centre:

• Event hall: one of the biggest halls with the capacity of 800 participants. The hall is suitable for congresses, weddings and banquet meetings.
  
  
• Stara trta: end of 2008 an entirely new conference hall in the new built hotel Arena**** with the capacity of 26 to 40 participants.
  
  
• Piramida: is located in the renovated hotel Arena***/*, has the possibility of different set ups and the capacity of 50 to 100 participants. The hall includes a smaller podium.
  
  
• Rotovž: suitable for closed groups and smaller meetings for up to 20 participants.
  
  
• Kalvarija: a medium-sized hall suitable for internal or smaller meetings with the capacity of 20 to 40 participants.
  
  
• Foyer: located in front of the Event hall, Foyer is designed for smaller treats, coffee breaks and lunches.
  
  

At each event guests will be served with coffee breaks (coffee, tea, water, juice, fruit and pastries), lunches, gala dinners or dinners with genuine slovene food. All halls are equiped with required technical equipment.

Technical equipment: sound system, LCD projector, speech desk, movable projection screen, demo board, telephone and internet connection, video conference equipment.
