Energy Trail Bolfenk

Purpose of the trail:

Body and soul relaxation, the purification of 7 body energy centres or so-called chakras, stimulation of body energy and entire psycho-physical image

Duration:

Is not defined however, it is recommended to take 70 minutes. The trail has a healing effect after three visits.

Healing points signpost:

The beginning of the trail is in the small grove in front of the reception of Hotel Bolfenk, where there are 4 healing points, the descriptions for which can be found on the marked boards. The Energy Trail leads you from the grove across the road, where you follow the marked boards in a right direction. On the edge of the grove on the right side you will find the 5. Healing Point and almost at the end of the grove end the 6. Healing Point. The trail continues through the forest towards the Church of St Bolfenk where there stands a big healing beech tree, and precisely under its crown is the 7. Healing Point. Behind the church the trail finishes with the 8. Point of complete purification or according to Tomislav Brumec the so-called modern hygiene point.

Guidelines for relaxation at healing points:

Stand for 5 or 10 minutes with your feet slightly apart and your arms by your sides, close your eyes, listen to the rustling of leaves, bird song and sense nature.
