Point 1
1. CHAKRA - 1. Healing Point

The Base Chakra, which is associated with the earth element is represented by the colour red and has the function of giving the body vitality, instinct, survival and self-preservation. This chakra brings the qualities of down to earthiness, individuality, stability, health and courage. Disorders: lack of self-confidence, anger and women's difficulties in partnerships.

3. CHAKRA - 2. Healing Point

The Solar Plexus Chakra is represented by the colour yellow, it is associated with the element of fire and its function is to stimulate the nervous system and metabolism. Organs: pancreas, stomach, liver, gall bladder, bladder, muscles and nervous system. It brings the qualities of personal strength, will power, self-control, energy, warmth, mastery of desire and arousal. Disorders: anger, fear, and hate, over sensitivity, excessive commitment to some things.

5. CHAKRA - 3. Healing Point
The Throat Chakra is represented by the colour sky blue. Its functions are communication, sounds and vibrations. Organs are: throat and mouth. It brings the qualities of expressing the truth, speech, writing and arts, a relationship of peace, knowledge and friendliness. Disorders: depressiveness, difficulties with communication and difficulties with breathing.

6. CHAKRA - 4. Healing Point
The Brow Chakra (Third Eye) is represented by the colour indigo blue. It is associated with the element of light. Its functions are to stimulate and make the cerebellum more vital, as well as the central nervous system through which we receive vision. Organs: eyes, nose, ears. It brings the qualities of intuition, imagination, insight, concentration, purity of thought, commitment, destiny and realization of the soul. Disorders: headaches, problems with eyes and ears.

7. CHAKRA - 5. Healing Point
The Crown Chakra is represented by the colour violet. Its function is vibration of the brain. It brings the qualities of unification of the higher self of the human personality, inspiration, and divine unity. Disorders: lack of inspiration, perplexity, depression, forgetfulness.


Point 6
4. CHAKRA - 6. Healing Point
The Heart Chakra is represented by the colour green. It is associated with the element of air. Its function earths the life forces from the higher self into a physical body. It brings the qualities of unconditional or divine love, forgiveness and quiet passion. Disorders: heart problems, suppressed love, emotional instability, deep inner pain and being unforgiving.

2. CHAKRA - 7. Healing Point
The Sacral Chakra is represented by the colour orange. It is associated with the water element. Its function is the assimilation of nourishment, psychic power, vitality and sexuality. Organs: ovaries, genitals, prostate and bladder. It brings the quality of giving and receiving emotions, delight and acceptance of new ideas. Disorders: excessive need for food or sex, jealousy, possessiveness, problems with the bladder.


Point 8
8. Healing Point
The point for purification of the past by the processing of pain, grudges, anger, hate, cursedness with forgiveness and pardoning.  Here we remember bad moments and try to visualise them, try emotionally to experience them again and also try to forgive. This in modern language is called modern hygiene but in the old language it was called self-confession. This should be done gradually in intervals of time. It is recommended to process at the most three emotional blockades per day. It is good to combine this point with the other healing points.
